The iconic edifice is a five star international full service hotel built in Nigeria along the waterfront of five cowries creek on Ozurumba Mbadiwe Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. The hotel is owned by a group of high net worth investors led by Anchorage Leisures Limited (a member of Honeywell Group) incorporated in Nigeria to operate in the hospitality industry.

The 4-floors with basement, 170-rooms hotel is to serve corporate business market, international and local corporate tourists. The building houses 145no type A executive rooms (35sqm), 17no type B executive rooms (47sqm), 3no terrace suites (95sqm), 2no diplomatic suites (80sqm), 1no meeting suite (155sqm) and 2no presidential suites (130sqm). It also has 4no meeting rooms equipped with the latest state-of-heart audio-visual facilities. The facade, features and serenity of the building / premises are fascinating. The hotel building and ancillary facilities are situated on 1.65 hectares of a well scaped expanse of land.
