The 4-floors with basement, 170-rooms hotel is to serve corporate business market, international and local corporate tourists. The building houses 145no type A executive rooms (35sqm), 17no type B executive rooms (47sqm), 3no terrace suites (95sqm), 2no diplomatic suites (80sqm), 1no meeting suite (155sqm) and 2no presidential suites (130sqm). It also has 4no meeting rooms equipped with the latest state-of-heart audio-visual facilities. The facade, features and serenity of the building / premises are fascinating. The hotel building and ancillary facilities are situated on 1.65 hectares of a well scaped expanse of land.
