At km 40, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Aseese town, the on-going development at the international headquarters base of The Gospel Faith Mission International (GOFAMINT) is of mixed development comprising of Administrative dominance, Faith-base Operation, Commercial, Resort and Residential facilities. The project is comprised of proposed administrative building, high capacity church auditorium / offices, security houses, bookshop & press building, school building, bank building, shopping complex & restaurant, high capacity faith-base programme pavilion, fuel dump, 300 car parking lot, four-floor guest house, sport centre, medical care building, services building, water headwork, event centre, orphanage and space for future development. The site is located on a landed area of 6 hectares along Lagos - Ibadan expressway, Aseese town, Obafemi Owode Local Government Area, Ogun State, Nigeria.

The stage development or component-by-component development of the base is steadily on-going.
