The Bariga district headquarters church of The Gospel Faith Mission International (GOFAMINT) has overtime grew in all aspects of prophecy especially in numerical and extensional growth with attendant inadequate parking lot since seventies. It became imperative to relocate the headquarter base from Bariga (a low brow) to Gbagada (a high brow) area for sought convenience. The relocation was then ordered by the incumbent general overseer Pastor (Dr) Elijah Oludele Abina in the year 2006.

The new proposed structure for Bariga district at the new location is coined “Gbagada Cathedral”. The structure is of a multi-storey building of four floors, triple volume auditorium of 3000 capacity, mezzanine floor, administrative wing, residential wing, conference hall and spacious parking lot, all cited on two & half plots of land. The structure is an architectural masterpiece. Other ancillary facilities are power generator house and security house. The construction is on-going.
