Project Information

The project is about a residential estate comprising 70no beautiful and unique bungalow and 2-floors buildings. The estate is well laid-out with planned three major roads traversing it and strategically located cul-de-sac. The site is located at about 5minutes drive off km 41 Lagos - Ibadan expressway in Orimerunmu town (between Ibafo and Mowe towns) in Obafemi Owode Local Government Area, Ogun State, Nigeria. The three types of operational service adopted by Precision Technologies Consultants Limited as the owner to the buying-public are: Outright sales of the laid-out plots of land; Sales of land plot & paid building design; or Sales of land plot, building design & construct. The different types of homes designed for the estate are 2, 3 & 4 bedroom bungalows, 5 & 6bed duplexes and block of flats. Construction works are ongoing by individuals who chose to buy laid-out plots and building designs while others are preparing to commence construction. The individual developments are being controlled by the firm.

Other expanses of land owned by the firm are being developed to a laid-out stage and documentation.
