Project Information

The four storey edifice named “THE ARK MULTIPURPOSE CENTRE” houses Hospital / Clinic, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory, Physical Fitness Suite, Computer Resource Centre, Shopping Mall / Supermarket, Office Spaces, Conference / Seminar Hall, Viewing & Event Hall, Boutique, Cyber Café, Restaurant / Eatery and others rightly distributed into floors. It is to be built in Aseese town of Obafemi Owode Local Government Area, Ogun State.

This centre represents significant innovation in the delivery of a range of services and also incorporates the most up-to-date thinking in the design of facilities for such centre, and is intended to facilitate future changes in practice, technology and demand, and to take account of future work patterns. PTCL focuses on facility users as the centerpiece of its vision and mission, and this is the overarching philosophy that informed the design. The morale and working conditions of the owner-users of the centre and tenants are also crucial to delivering high quality services, so they too were well catered for with efficiently planned wingers, large open plan offices and a generous atrium which serves as an interchange to wings on ground floor. The design was done in 2012 - 2013 by Precision Technologies Consultants Limited.

On the basis of the foregoing, every element of design of the Ark Multipurpose Centre was thought through from the point of view of its impact on the well-being of all who would use it. The value PTCL places on the power of good design to fulfill this aim has been evident from the start of the project design with the analysis of needs and familiarity with the location of the centre.
